02 / The band

THREE PEOPLE.
ONE BIG SOUND.

Sleeping Guns brings together Matt Scott on vocals and guitar, Lee Jones on bass and Dale Atkinson on drums. Three musicians with Manchester roots and years of playing together.

Music is meant to be enjoyed. Whether you are playing it or listening to it, it should make you feel something. That enjoyment comes through in everything we do.

Our influences stretch across rock and indie, from the 1960s to the present day. Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, The Who, Free, AC/DC, The Stone Roses, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Guns N’ Roses and Rival Sons all have a place in the mix.

Heavy riffs, melody underneath and the energy of a band that loves playing live.
